1. Where do you locate?

No, our prices cover the costs of additional taxes and duties. In the unlikely event you receive any additional import fee, please send through your receipt and we will pay for all charges.

2. Can I get better discount?

Yes. We supply the best service and discount to the clients who register as a member of our website.

3. How do I care for my ugg boots?

Hand-wash your ugg boots in a warm water, using an approved wool detergent. To dry, place your uggs in the shade, away from heat or direct sunlight and allow to dry out slowly to retain the soft, supple finish. For more information please refer to Boots Cared instructions.

4. How do I place an order?

The fastest and the most secure way of ordering is by placing an order through our web site. Our electronic purchase service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone and email), and financial information and ordering information. This information is collected and used to process the transaction and for internal accounting and other procedures.

5. Do I need to open an account to order from your site?

No. You can simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to the shopping cart and checkout. You will create an account during checkout, which you can use the next time you order. It will remember your billing and shipping details for easy checkouts in the future.

6. Is the Payment process secure?

Orders are processed via a secure gateway and a 128bit SSL (secured socket layer). All of your payment information is kept confidential and will be sent over a totally secure connection.

7. How do I find out what size do I need?

If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your foot using an ordinary ruler and use a chart provided, to estimate your size. Please keep in mind that sheepskin will compact and form around your foot over the time and what appeared to be a tight fit initially, will settle into a comfortable fit after a couple of weeks. The ugg bots designed to be worn on bare fit, providing luxurious feeling of natural sheepskin against your skin.

NOTE: In our opinion, you should select the correct size you need. We are not responsible for the size not fit right. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa & Mastercard. Your items will not be shipped until payment is complete.

9. How long will shipping take?

Please allow 8-14 Days for shipping. Holidays can take up to 20 days. Shipping is through Express Mail Service (EMS) then USPS flat rate. Ships direct from the factory new in the box, so you never get any used/open merchandise.

10. How do I make a return?

We accept return to get refund at these reasons:

1. Maufacting defect.

2. Wrong style, color, size and boots.

If you feel you have a defective product, please call us. Once we have received the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect, we will refund your payment. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer and the credit card will be charged for return shipping. (Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear If not manufacturing defect, we do not accept return.)

Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER RETURN OR EXCHANGE! So please take more care to select the correct size you need seriously.

11. I never received my order, what shall I do now?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer service.
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage.
The parcel is sent by STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING by EMS you should pay attention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a notice for you to claim the parcel from your local postal office.
If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 20 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL THE SHIPPING INFORMATION YOU?FILL OUT CORRECTLY. We are not responsible for the?package if any mistake of shipping information.

12. Are there any additional chargers, duties or taxes?

International orders are not subject to any tax, but may incur an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.

13. What are the Discount Coupons and how can I get and use them?

From time to time, a discount coupons can be issued to customers as part of special promotions. The coupons can be redeemed by entering a coupon code during the checkout process. The discount coupons may have different values and varying expiry dates. The coupons can only be used before the expiry date. Everyone who order more than 2 pairs at a time then can apply for a coupon. Please contact with our server.

14. What is the colour of the product?

waboots aims to include up-to-date pictures of all products on our web site. We make every attempt possible to reflect the actual colour of the products in the images presented on this web site. However, ugg boots and other sheepskin products may exhibit some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These variations are characteristic of the sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.

The accuracy of the images displayed also depends on the type of monitor used and the computer settings. Where possible, multiple views of the product are provided, to minimise any discrepancies.

15. Why can't I find the size/colour that I am looking for?

Only sizes/colours that we have in stock are displayed on our site. We suggest that you visit us from time to time as the availability of sizes/colours vary depending on the demand.

16. How can I know the shipping cost to my address?
